Installation Procedure
  1. Base Surface Preparation: For high-load applications, reinforce the substrate with geotextile or steel mesh to ensure foundation stability
  2. Laying and Securing: Unroll the cement blanket over the prepared surface. Maintain 15-20cm overlap width and reinforce overlap areas with additional corrosion-resistant steel nails spaced 15-20cm apart
  3. Hydration and Compaction: Thoroughly saturate the cement blanket with water. Use a roller to compact the surface and overlap sections, ensuring even cement distribution and proper reinforcement integration
  4. Curing and Quality Verification: Cover with wet cloth or apply curing agent for 7-14 days. Conduct strength testing post-curing to confirm compliance with design specifications before commissioning
